As a highly skilled technician, Evan ensures all machines are running smoothly and is deeply committed to the success of our production process. His dedication shines through in his willingness to train and support new employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Evan’s manager, Chris Wert, shares that “Evan consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the production floor runs smoothly. He’s always ready to lend a hand without being asked, and his proactive efforts make a huge difference.”
Beyond his technical expertise, Evan plays a key role in developing our BP technicians and material handlers, fostering growth and collaboration across the team. His commitment to teamwork strengthens Velosity as a whole, and we are fortunate to have him as part of our team!
About the Team Player of the Month Program
The Team Player of the Month program at Velosity recognizes employees who go above and beyond! Employees vote each month when they see a co-worker demonstrating one of our core values, which include: Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Results-Driven, Customer Satisfaction, Collaboration, and Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG). All monthly nominees are entered into a drawing, and the winner is selected. The winner receives a gift card of their choice, while everyone nominated receives recognition at our monthly meetings. In 2023, we had over 278 employees nominated!
